Sally grew up in Pongakawa and as a child, has fond memories of rafting down the local streams and swimming at Maketu. 

After studying a Bachelor of Communications at Auckland Institute of Technology, Sally joined TBWAWhybin as a PR Manager, working on global brands such as PlayStation and Logitech. 

Following a brief stint in the USA, Sally headed to Sydney where she joined the media industry and worked with brands such as McDonald’s, Vodafone and Spotify on amplifying their stories through sponsorship and content creation.  

After six years abroad, Sally is now based back in Pongakawa and works with Wai Kokopu on telling their stories through a multi-channel approach.
